This was a very slow but attention grabbing book. The ending was a great twist.
2.5 stars. Ruth Ware is such a hit or miss for me. This could have been at least 70 pages shorter. It dragged for no good reason. Things pick up later on, but the big reveal is a let down. The main character makes some very questionable and outrightly silly choices. It wasn’t all bad though, I found some bits entertaining hence the 2.5 star rating.
Another great book by Ruth Ware. Keeps you guessing until the very end.
This was so incredibly predictable. I expected so much better.
