I did enjoy certain chapters and the end was a surprise. So, it wasn’t that bad.

Thanks to Libro.FM for my audiobook ARC.

I knew I would love this book as soon as I saw it was a new release by Emily St. John Mandel. She did it again. Another 5 star book. Like her other books Station Eleven and The Glass Hotel, this weaves several seemingly different people and points of view. This book was fun and included time travel, a pandemic, and some familiar characters from her past books.

One word, mind-bending! Novels of time travel always send me wheeling, I feel as if on in that Time Machine myself. Hold onto your hats as you start your journeys in 1912 and travel the earths-cape and beyond. You’ll need to keep track of the characters, but it will be worth your while.
