I have wanted to read this for some time but was a bit drained from all the historical fiction around WWII. No - I did not abandon the topic - just took a little break. This is an incredibly important time in our history and it is through authors like Kristen Harmel who brings to life the stories of heroes who could easily have been forgotten.
