What Members Thought

A sweet read but it didn't have the humor I was hoping to find. This is my second book by these ladies, and while I will continue to read them, this one fell a bit my pre-set expectations.
When I get the reference, "Like Ground Hog Day" in the day repeating itself, I expect to be full on laughing at least twice. I think I lightly chuckled once. What a cute book! It took the time-travel sort of loop (like Groundhog Day), added a sweet romance, plus some family holiday entertaining, and voila--fun! Mae (along with her family) values tradition, and their shared Christmas vacation is always the same. What would make it perfect is if Andrew, a handsome family friend, would notice her romantically.
