Wow, wow and again wow, I am speechless. I can't find words to describe how much I love this book. I really enoyed Daisy Jones and The Six but The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is even better. Scandalous, classy, heart breaking and flirty Hollywood story. While reading I heard Lana Del Rey's songs in my head.

5 stars - do I need to say more?
To be honest, I didn't have any intention of reading this book. I thought it's just not my cup of tea. But after I heard nothing but good things about it, I changed my mind. And I'm not sorry.
This book is beautifully written and so entertaining. The characters are authentic but above all, very human - with all the mistakes and weaknesses. I also liked the way the book was written - individual chapters for each husband, chapters in between, and newspaper articles.

This book captivated me. I knew how hyped it is, so I didn't expect much from it, because that kind of books have disappointed me before. But this one deserves the hype in my opinion. The story is written so well, the pages fly by and you forget while reading Evelyn Hugo isn't real (yeah, I googled if she exist, I'm probably not the only one😁).
