This book was just okay and fell flat for me. There are two perspectives that are shown and I found myself liking the past plot more than I did the "current day" plot. I found that many of the plot lines were unnecessary and were left unfinished. The main character got herself into some really stupid situations that was pretty frustrating for the reader. It described a lot of art and as someone who doesn't live in New York or care that much for sculpture, it wasn't enough to keep me intereste ...more

I loved this book so much. The two meshing storylines kept me entertained and I couldn’t put it down. Historical fiction meets murder mystery and I loved every minute of it.
