December 2022 Review
This was an enjoyable read. This is the story about how a woman in Trenton, New Jersey takes a job as a bounty hunter after getting laid off from her other job. Her first case is to bring Joseph Morelli in, a childhood friend and vice cop who is a suspect for murder. The characters are great. I thought Stephanie was a great character. She had a lot of humor, sass, and determined. You cannot help, but root for her to win. I really liked Joe as well. He was honest, smart, and g ...more
