YA fantasy novels are usually full of tropes that cause me to roll my eyes. This is one of the earlier ones, so I had quite low expectations. Even with its fans who did re-reads for the release of the fourth book last year, WinterKeep. This one was one of the better ones I have read.

I started to read this back in January I got to page 3 and got bored so binned it off. Picking it back up yesterday it managed to capture my imagination quite quickly.
In this world there are things called Gracelings, people are 'blessed' with graces and that is from birth one eye changes colour. Your grace won't show what it is until later on, some are fighting, sewing, dancing or something like that.
