Much better than the last Jasper Fforde book I read, this book was satisfying and I liked the way the characters were written.

Rounding up from 4.5 to 5. This was a hoot, loved the premise and the character names are fun. Thursday Next is a SO (Special Ops) agent, Litera Tec they call themselves. This special department is in charge of protecting literature, going after rampant fakes, copyright infringements, the mundane. However, they also are in charge of protecting the first, original manuscripts and that is where the fun begins. What happens when people start popping in or out of an original manuscript?
