I can't believe this book was a debut novel! Wow! I'll start off the top by saying I will definitely be adding this author to my list of to watch for! I love mystery and a true psychological thriller which I felt this one is.

The first page hooked me! The characters drew me in. A little girl is abducted and twenty years later he is still out there doing who knows what! Margot was the little girl (January's) neighbor and she's still haunted about it to this day. When another little girl (Natalie) ...more

I enjoyed the book and was surprised by the ending. Though I would have liked a more definitive ending, I liked being surprised by who the murderer was. I do wonder though (view spoiler) Overall it was a twisty thriller that I enjoyed, with just that one plot hole.

Wow. This book is not for the faint of heart. I knew Ashley Flowers was a good storyteller but I had no idea what she was capable of. Halfway through the book I thought I had it figured out… but there were still 100 pages left. Turns out, I had no idea what was coming.
