What Members Thought
I have a huge regret that it took me so long to finally read this one. It's addictive, hard to put down. Fast paced story with characters you love to love or love to hate. There is mainly one POV, Lux, as she tries to figure out her life after she's had a profound loss.

This was quite entertaining and full of suspense. There was a twist that I hadn't seen coming. But it was also full of unlikeable people. Even the main character. The ending also could have been better. (view spoiler)

So this is not high brow literature by any means, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the characters were complex enough to be intriguing, the setting was vivid and rich, and the building tension was well-done. It’s a quick read that keeps you turning pages, and ultimately ignites that little bit of you that just wants to see rich, cis, white men go down.
