I just have to tell myself that this is a YA novel, and thus is written mainly for the YA crowd. I just think it is just a little too YA and the characters are a bit cliche and stereotyped. Many of the references, not just in this book, but in the whole series, are a little dated for today. Maybe I have just grown out of touch with the fads/slang and such that teens are into today... I think this is one of my new favorite teen book series and perhaps this one and the first one are my favorites of the series so far. It's a quick read and fans of twilight or other vampire stories should enjoy them. Books 1 - 4 have been out for awhile and I was able to pick them all up and fly straight through them. This book is the fifth in the series and it just came out last week, so now I'm a little disappointed that I'm going to have to wait to see what happens next.

team heath - rout for the underdog
i have to admit i had my doubts about this book up to like page 230, not that it was bad it just seemed like untamed were there is alot of explaining and warnings but no real action. but this book delivers in a major way mixing a solid romance plot with the added bonus of mystery. zoey grows up alot in this book and the ending for once satisfies me. really good book with the same witty banter that you would associate with buffy the vampire slayer but with an exc ...more

So excited to begin this next book! I bought it today whohooo!
I don't think it's the last one anymore :) but i liked this book i just wanted it to be the last book! AH!!! :) but i'm glad that there is more i can read! I love these books! AH! :)
