After picking this book up on a whim, questioning how this story would play out given its ghostly premise, I really enjoyed it! While not a traditional romance, this book was wonderfully romantic, showcasing several lovely relationships I loved reading about. This hit all of the marks - finding a way back to home, the coexistence of happiness and sadness, and the portrayal of ghosts as people who still have a story left to tell.

confesso que é um pouco esquisito, queria que focasse mais no romance pra ser uma coisa meio E se fosse verdade? da reese whiterspoon com o mark ruffalo (o que realmente parece em 70% do livro) mas tbm tem uma pegada coming of age. isso aqui seria um ótimo filme! o ben é um fantasma muito querido

This was so much more than a romcom, it was a story about grief, loss, and love at its core. I really loved this story and the family dynamics, build up between the FMC & MMC, and small town vibes. This is definitely a must read romance for fall! 4.5 🌟
