This book gave me Romancing the Stone vibes. I really liked that it was mostly a treasure hunt adventure than a romance.
Fun adventure read. I loved the twists and turns, the whodunit, the codes. I’ve loved everything Christina Lauren has written, but this one stands out in that it’s a departure into the action/adventure genre. I really enjoyed it! I’m hoping they’ll revisit these characters.

This was a nice balance of romance, adventure, and a little bit of danger. I enjoy second chance romances and, especially ones where neither MC is trashed based upon their history. A fun read!
It wasn't bad but far from memorable or fun.
