I listened to the audiobook for this and found it one of the most entertaining self-help books I've listened to. I'm a real fan of Sarah Knight - the audiobook honestly felt like she was talking to me as a friend and just verbally vomiting advice at me for a few hours. If I'd had a glass of wine whilst listening, this could literally have been a play-by-play conversation with a friend ♡
