I haven’t seen many mention trigger warnings, but there’s definitely sexual assault and suicide in this one.
I still love the book of course, it just took me by surprise a lil. I guess given the context of midcentury America it shouldn’t shock me l, so I’ll look at it as a nice reminder of how far we’ve come. However if you’re in need of someone to talk to, the hotline to call is 988. 🧡
