I couldn't get into this book. Between the translation to complex words that were difficult to muck through (and I am, by no means, an uneducated reader) to the inability to understand where things were it was a hard book to read. I had a hard time following the story line and, despite the book title, I was very underwhelmed about the involvement of spirits or Clara's abilities. It felt fractured and burdensome. ...more
