What a wild romp! Witty, imaginative, and laugh-out-loud funny. Imperfect, believable characters (though there were a few too many to sort out) on a zany adventure and finding love along the way. So much fun!
When I first read this last year, I thought it was okay. A fun, lighthearted novel with romance and a bad guy caricature. But this time, I listened to the audiobook and wow! I was laughing uproariously almost every minute. It's definitely one of those novels that is better listened to then read physically. The voice and humour come through so much better when listening that I missed last time. I immediately placed a hold for the next one in the series after finishing this, and the book came in t
