What Members Thought
This book never failed to find new ways to traumatise me and even though I’m still recovering, I must say it was an incredible novel. This book is so beautifully written, and the characters that Doerr develops are complex, beautiful, and courageous beings which truly highlight the beauty and the terror of humanity. I most certainly cried at page 483 so that is something to be weary of as well.
Would have given 4,5 if it wasn’t for the end that kind of fell flat to me
