So emotional! Haymitch really does never tell Katniss anything! Fake love is starting to turn real! Every word said, every move made can lead to their deaths. So many twists! Suzanne Collins has the power to capture me from the very first sentence of the book till the very last! I can't wait to find out what happens next in Mockingjay! ...more

Catching Fire was amazing!! Easily my favorite book in the Hunger Games series. I found the whole idea of the Quarter Quell and the teaming up exciting and new.

I really liked how Suzanne Collins had thought this through, like making Hunger Games the 74th game, allowing a chance for the next book to become the 75th game, hence introducing the idea of the Quarter Quells.

I really don't know why I prefer Catching Fire over the Hunger Games, but maybe it's because of a broader range of great characte ...more
