"Eventually, I'd become one of the richest and most powerful women in the world."
This book was a solid read. It was fast paced, adventurous, and made me feel that I was also solving the riddles. Which I was because I'm basically Nancy Drew after reading this book (but not really because of the way Max tried to make her swearing family friendly had me guessing for a solid 5 minutes.) I know the absence of my Goodreads reviews have been extremely startling and grief-inducing for many, but IVE DONE IT. I FINISHED A BOOK AMIDST THE DEPTHS OF MY READING SLUMP. The pride i feel over finishing a <400 page book is probably excessive, but it feels FANTASTIC to inch one book closer to my yearly reading goal. This book was a great one to get me going again, I was hooked immediately by the premise, and once I started, it was actually pretty easy to find motivation to pick it up again.

My love for this book is unexplainable. I mean from the characters to the riddles and mystery. This book always kept me on my toes and was a real page turner. I would have loved to see things from Libby's perspective because she is such an intriguing character that I can relate to. I definitely recommend this book to any and everyone. I had so much fun reading it and can't wait for the second book.
