Wow! I really enjoyed this book so much more than I was anticipating!! The hype is real!

A story filled with mystery, riddles, and distrust. Avery has just inherited a fortune from an unfamiliar billionaire and the Hawthorne grandsons have lost everything. Avery and the brothers have to work together to understand their grandfathers decisions and uncover what the future truly holds for them.

I could not put this book down!! I cannot wait for the sequel!

WOW! I feel like I was on a roller coaster at Six Flags with all the plot twists Jennifer Lynn Barnes crafted into this fantastic novel. Also, the hype that #BookTok is giving this book is well deserved!

A young adult mystery that give me Sherlock Holmes meets Agatha Christie vibes because it was filled with clues, distrust, riddles, endless secrets and so much more! I think this is case where a book is hyped so much, I was honestly a bit let down.

The story kept me invested throughout, I finished the book in less than 6 hours. I think the fast pacing is perfect, and the interactions felt natural and fitting for the story. Other than the MC Avery standing out being a great protagonist, (I loved how quick-witted and protective she is) the rest were likeable but lacklustre.
