It is the perfect book for any woman who is finding herself separate from her former life as wife/mother/housekeeper/jack of all trades, master of none. It was the perfect gift for my 50th birthday as I work on changing my focus and giving birth to myself. Thanks for the great read. I would add that's a great book for anyone dealing with such a woman in the midst of that transformation to read.

Laughter through tears - my favorite kind of read. B MacGregor's debut novel is a wonderful, sentimental roller coaster. I love the story-telling technique, how he develops each character, and the twists he puts on the stories we all know and love.
