A fav Sarah Addison Allen book. I really loved the characters in this one. There were quite a few stories being juggled and at the conclusion I felt like there were maybe a few too many stories being tied up with pretty bows but it was definitely a feel-good, charming novel with great characters. Always a touch of whimsy and magic which I really enjoy.
Side note: author may want to find a new editor :P I was yanked right out of the story a handful of times due to dumb editing/typo type errors.

3.5 stars. The magic was much more subdued than in some of her other books, and that's the element I enjoy the most. But still a solid, enjoyable read.

Another classic SAA book. I love her writing. The only complaint is I read it too quickly and now I have to wait forever for another one.
