What Members Thought
Sarah Addison Allen is one of my favorite contemporary authors. That makes it even harder to say that this book was a big let-down. Maybe it was the way too-familiar teenage dating angst? Or maybe it was baby-obsessed character? Or the ridiculous carnival guy? Hmmmmm. Can't quite put my finger on it. This story about the Waverly family is a continuation of Garden Spells. It was interesting to see where the sisters' were ten years later, but I definitely liked the first book better.

First Frost was magical and everything a Sarah Addison Allen novel should be! It was also wonderful to visit once again with the Waverly women. I never wanted the visit to end!
