This is my first John Grisham book and it did not disappoint. I really like A Time to Kill and give it four stars. Grisham presents fantastic character development in every personality in the book. I felt like I was reading a Stephen King book without the bland horror and weird sexual commentary. A Time to Kill does a great job of allowing the reader to know and understand these characters.
