I would give this book a 1.5 at most (scratch that maybe like a 1.2) . Let me be honest I was going into this book with wildly high expectations (this book has a chokehold on the whole book community, I swear) going into this I was like expecting to be wowed with this fabulous dystopian world, and great female lead and a hot love triangle. Tahereh Mafi did not deliver I'm sorry to say.

omg i didnt expect to like this much but i LOVED this!

such a page-turner, and ahh I'm still contemplating whether to like or dislike the fact that some parts are too similar with other dystopian novels (but ig cause they're all dystopian so they;re inevitably similar...

Shelves: amazing, favorite-books, omg-i-loved-this

Ok, ok. I LOVED this book. It had a mix of action, drama, suspense, romance, everything that makes a book good. I would definitely recommend reading this book. However, there are some lines that are striked through and crossed out suddenly, which may be a bother for some people. However, the storyline is great, and I would encourage, hell, even force you to read this, because it's an amazing book and Tahereh Mafi did a great job on this. ...more
