Ok, ok. I LOVED this book. It had a mix of action, drama, suspense, romance, everything that makes a book good. I would definitely recommend reading this book. However, there are some lines that are striked through and crossed out suddenly, which may be a bother for some people. However, the storyline is great, and I would encourage, hell, even force you to read this, because it's an amazing book and Tahereh Mafi did a great job on this. ...more

this was so dumb awful bad horrifying traumatising i want to shoot myself

"my dreams are bloody and bleeding and blood is bleeding all over my mind"

wtf is this

the author wanted to be special (lack of commas, crossed out words, repetitions)

No pasa nada.

⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

"I've been screaming for years and no one has ever heard me"

Juliette can't touch anyone. Her touch is deadly and has landed her in an asylum. The world has shifted and she knows nothing beyond her desire to see a white bird with a golden crown of feathers. But birds don't exist anymore...

This book was beautifully written. It was so lyrical in the beginning and you really sensed her isolation until Adam comes into her little cell and everything changes.

This was an unexpectedly good read.
