Such an amazing first book to this duology! The world building was incredible, I sometimes even forgot I was reading.

The different pov's of each character brought so much input on their past and on their thoughts, it was just so clever. I loved every single one (Matthias was hard to love at first but I ended up adoring him and I freaking am in love with Nina). Each character's relationship with another like Kaz and Inej or Wyllan and Jesper were just so freaking cute I wanted to scream the whole ...more
