this is a rare occasion where I write a review the same day I finished the book.

at first I wasn't really into it, and was rly about to dnf, but I powered through and soon got interested. Violet annoyed me at first. With lying about the whole 'i-saved-him" when it was the other way around. But soon I got to understand and surprise, surprise related to her to a point. Finch was relatable and I loved him. I do feel that sometimes the characters were just there mental illnesses. The plot is like an this is a rare occasion where I write a review the same day I finished the book.

I was reading it on my phone, and i'm not really used to that (trying to bc im going broke 😀) so that must be why it took foreverrrrrrr for me to finish it. Libby is my bestie now, bc I cant have snacks and books. This was going to be a 3 or a 3.5 but the quotes towards the end made me 😭😀🥺😢💔🖤 so yeah, in my book, quotes go a long way. that's all I can really say without spoiling, but I rly loved it, a new fav.

my chest actually hurts. this is the kind of book that just stays with you for days afterwards. seeing the difference between the progressions of violet and finch and how their outlook on life changes is kinda heartbreaking. gods this book. one thing I will say is that it took me a bit to get into it, but once I was in, I could not put it down. so so so so so beautiful.
