I could read this book over and over and over again, I love it so much!!! <3 I believe this is my 2nd time rereading it and I get so involved with the daughters and how they grow and change over the years but also remain the same. This novel included both Little Women and Good Wives. I may continue reading the series in the new year. :)
My mom and I read this together so it will always hold a special place in my heart. This is one of my favorite books because it is such a moving, cozy, heartwarming story. I love every character and their complex personalities. The depiction of sisterhood is spot on because it shows how they can be completely different people, argue or disagree occasionally, but ultimately how much they love each other and come together when it really matters.
