The writing wasn't great, but there were many parts I enjoyed, especially the first few hundred pages. I love strong heroines and intense action. Unfortunately, it seemed to drag on too long to hold my attention, the violence was disturbing and the ending fell short of my expectations. ...more

Excellent! A great book for an educator, woman, police officer, anyone to read! It talks about power, dominance, and patriarchy.
