This is a wonderful insightful book written by someone who has extensive experience working with abusive men who - thankfully- is sharing what he knows with the women living with an abuser. Very useful information for abuse victims and for anyone who knows a victim or an abuser. It will help you see through the manipulations and sneaky control tactics, and affirm for some that they're not crazy, just being gaslighted by their abuser. If only everyone knew that this is how it works, so they could understand the dynamics of abuse and be better help to the victims, and avoid abuse themselves.
