This book started out very interesting and captivating and continued that way through the middle. But towards the end it seemed disjointed. The story seemed to break down. I did not enjoy the ending. It felt like the author had a block and just wrote out an ending to get it over with.

All in all an okay read, but I will probably never read it again.

The Graveyard book was actually quite fun, I enjoyed the way that Neil Gaiman portrayed different aspects of the graveyard and Halloween in general. It was fun to see things from the boys perspective and miss the battles and other things that would have been over the head of a small boy.

Neil Gaiman crafts an interesting story about a boy who grows up in a graveyard. My only complaints are about the villains, they are never explained very well, what their motivations are. I think, had they been better explained, it would have made for a stronger sorry.
