I was recommended this book on a poll by 102+ people (literally so many people) and as I had ben putting this off for too long and I literally already was one chapter in, I knew I couldn’t just never read this series, so I decided I would start the first one.

Not a lot of things to say but:

1. I loveddd (underline that for emphasis) the whole concept of Grisha and the army of Grisha. It was just such an opener and so many plot twists or events could hinge on just that topic alone.

Okay, OKAY. This is not a 'bad' book.

I think we are all just very very disappointed after the gold that was Crooked Kingdom.
