It took me three weeks to read this.
No, absolutely not.
I can't even begin to say what I hated about this novel. But I will say that these two characters are terrible choices for heroes-Charlotte and Mr. Collins would have made far more compelling heroes. The first part was a drag and the ending fell flat.

God, I loved Pride and Prejudice. I loved Elizabeth's and Mr. Darcy's relationship maturing and changing into something beautiful and unforgettable. It also warms my heart the amazing and lovely relationship between Jane and Eliza. It almost reminded me of Meg's and Jo's relationship in Little Women. Overall, the language is accessible not like many other classics, and it almost reads like a modern romance at times. It's a 5/5 book for me!!
