What Members Thought
Necessary reading for any Marxist or anyone who’s interested in how patriarchy came to be and what it’s function is. Not much to say tht hasn’t already been said, there’s probably a better updated version of this somewhere out there but this is still super foundational for marxism.
revisiting fundamental texts, good GOD engels spends so long talking about anthropology i was so bored i'm sorry...... overall still extremely useful and i definitely see the seeds of his thinking in some of the most prominent marxist feminists i follow

What I’d consider to be Engel’s magnum opus. Not for the light reader or even your moderately read leftist. A gold mine in every page.
