Probably my main mistake was listening to the audiobook, where the names of the plants, already difficult for non-native speakers, became even more confusing, leaving me with a lot of questions. idk, it was written beautifully and there were parts I genuinely really liked about this book and I really would recommend it to most people. There were just a few things that bothered me personally too much related too closely to my personal worldview that I made me dislike the book. Basically what I'm saying is chances are you won't have the same issues with this book I do. and you absolutely should read it.

Beautifully written. Amazing insights into how we should live- with a true sense of gratitude and reciprocity with the ecosystems we reside in. Like opening right to another's soul. The best book I've ever read.
