This is an entertaining and enlightening read, both from the point of view of mathematics and physics and how we see the world through these and the rigidity and conformity of Victorian society and how difficult it was to make changes, even with the support of sound evidence and observation. This is incredibly clever with implications that I think I'll grapple with for years to come.
