Re-read for book club. 1st time on audio, 2nd time in print, so I could try and read the characters without Tom Hanks voice and intonations in my head!
It was a 3 back in 2021, but maybe a half star more this time around, so I'll bump it up to a 4. Not my favorite Ann Patchett, but well written. tried to think more about the characters, their motivations, strengths/flaws. Their losses, pains endured and pain inflicted.
A couple quotes that stood out to me:
