What Members Thought
If you’re familiar with Doyle’s life story up til now, some of this will be repetitive but this was one of favorite’s of hers so far. I could relate to so many of her experiences and the sections about white privilege and confronting her own biases were spot-on. As always, she offers her heart on her sleeve and doesn’t care if it works for you or not, but she puts it out there to make the rest of us feel a little more comfortable with being vulnerable and “untamed”.
4 stars - what a strange connection of extremely short snippets of life. They were all vividly wrought, sometimes peachy, always privileged. Overall, I liked it and the messaging, but it was a strange format to me.
