It's very hard to stop loving the world of Shadowhunters and this as usual, stole my heart.
In this book it explains why Will is behaving in such a indecent manner, and I really felt sad about how he suffered throughout this time after he was tricked by the demon.
I'm also surprised about the way Will thought about his parabatai's love towards Tessa.
Though Will confessed his love for Tessa he won't allow himself to hassle with Jem and Tessa after he learns their relationship.

It took me some long (REALLY LONG) time to decide what to rate this book, and I finally came around only after talking about it this morning with my #1 buddy (shoutout to Mora for watching those 20 ig videos of me ranting).

Changed my rating to ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because, after having read this book back to back with the first installment of the series, I enjoyed it waaay more than I did the first time I read it. Documenting my experience in a reading vlog might have also helped...

Me gustó más que el primer libro y las últimas 80 páginas me tuvieron sufriendo.
Hay menos acción en este segundo libro, ya que encontramos a nuestros protagonistas lidiando con la investigación de Mortmain y luchando por mantener el control del Instituto.
Por otra parte, se habla mucho de los sentimientos, familia y amor parabatai.
Los personajes han sido minuciosos y estoy super contenta, para mi los personajes eran mil veces más importantes o relevantes que la historia/trama.

El segundo libro de la trilogia de Cazadores de sombras: los origenes (The Infernal Devices en ingles)me dejo mucho mas conforme que el primero. Me encantaron los personajes, tanto la evolucion de los del primer libro y los nuevos. Aunque la historia puede que no me guste mucho, me encanta como caracterizaron a los personajes y la importancia que les da Cassandra Clare a los valores como la amistad entre Jem y Will y el amor que estos dos personajes sienten por Tessa.
