Happily taken Hostage by this book. This is one hell of a book, the combination of characters from the Grid and K. Bromberg's world makes this book explosive. As a fan of The Grid Series by Jas T. Ward of course I was gonna pick up a copy of this beauty. I love that Evan and Lily got their own story and you get to learn a little more about the second in command on the Grid.

High powered and hot

Such a great mash up of the Grid world and the Everyday Heroes. Even and Lily are a very dynamic duo who shouldn't work but they do. With some fun banter and cameos by some of the Grid and E.H. faces it just made this read fun. ...more

I love the twists here and how the story has the paranormal aspect in it as well. the world-building is amazing and I found myself wanting to read more. Evan and Lily have amazing chemistry and try and fight their attraction to each other. Lily has lots of inner self doubt however and I had a hard time connecting to her when she would doubt herself but then say she was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed it and makes me want to read more of The Grid.
