I love this series and it is bittersweet to reach then end. I have read this series a few times now and have yet to tire of it.
This particular novel is action packed. It has a fast start and so much happens! Many questions are answered. Sides are switched. Those thought villians turn good and those thought good aren't so much. I really loved learning so much more about Dumbledore and Sirius' family. Excellent read, as always! The book really did do the ending better than the movie, but I have to say I still enjoy both. This one is different from all the others in that 1) Harry isn't at school and 2) we know it's the last one, so it's leading up to the final confrontation with Voldemort. There's a lot of travelling around and searching for horcruxes, but honestly I don't mind. Enough exciting stuff happens that it keeps me entertained, and most of what happens is vital to the plot.
