I devoured this absolutely enchanting and poetic book in two days! Why did I wait so long to read this classic? I’m on to the next book— and looking forward to the female MC, (although I love Ged!)
This is my first time reading "old school" fantasy (besides Lord of the Rings) and so I felt it was a bit difficult to get into this one, as short as it is. I think the pacing is very strange and the lack of detail is something I'm simply not used to, having lived in this age of 800+ page epic trilogies and longer series.
