I read Mistborn when it first came out but my life was so hectic with starting college back then that I can barely remember it and I think it took my several months, so I would almost consider that book having not even been read yet for me. I say that because I really want to give all of Brandon Sanderson's stuff a read now. Oh man...

I started reading this book this morning at 7am. Finished this evening at 9pm after reading almost continuously the whole day.

I tried really really hard not to spoil the book for me via the Coppermind Wiki this time, though I did look a few things up at the beginning since it was annoying me not to understand enough. I wish there were more info dumps at the beginnings of Sanderson's books. Though I supposed the slow reveal does help with the way he tells his tales.

i enjoyed this book, but it has a terrible romance running through it like raisins in oatmeal cookies: such a bad idea. still, plot moved enough to keep me intrigued even when swooning was involved.
