It's pretty bad, not gonna lie. Hannibal Lecter takes forever to start killing people! Ugh, and he's like a moody teen the whole time. I got through it only by listening to the audiobook. I admittedly missed a lot because I uh, tuned out. A lot. Occasionally there would be the old Thomas Harris-ness though! My ears perked up whenever someone got killed in a totally OTT way. ...more

It was really hard to read but as a fan of Harris, I had to finish the series. I guess I'm just looking for closure for the Hannibal series
