Quite insightful and entertaining 4.7 stars

Picked up this book out of curiosity and do not regret doing so. As the name says, it gives tips on how to excel in conversations starting from body language to the content of the conversation especially with strangers and prospective clients.

This book is about how you make yourself presentable for others to approach you, how make small talk and always find things to say in your conversation, how to talk like a pro and impress your target, how to talk others language like sales people do, different ways of praise, how to show your emotions in phone, etiquettes in a party.

This book is good in the beggining but sucks at the end.. perhaps tricks are like being charming and preparing for some jokes aswell as showing upright interest.. being knowed on the news on the day.
