Excellent depiction of the multitude of feelings people experience as they move through the change process. If you or someone you know need assistance figuring out how to adapt and navigate change. I read this book over two decades ago and it is still one of my go to titles when assisting educators with shifting their mindset around this topic.
Clear and simple parable to explain the 4 main personality types and how each can learn to overcome their fears and adapt to change in order to succeed.
A tale about different characters humans have and how each one deals with change. Perfect read for such uncertain times.
