My boss has raved about this book for ages and has started lending it to everybody in the office.

I would highly recommend it, it is such a short & simple read but very insightful. Anyone who says this is a stupid story just doesn't get it. Its simpleness is the beauty of it. Once you just strip all the useless nonsense off, that's all that left: are you sniff, scurry, hem or haw? Are you the same character in your personal life as well as at work? And what about in your relationship?

This was okay - thankfully very short. It is a nice little parable of reacting to change by using cheese and a maze. Not much else to say. Four characters, two mice (Sniff & Scurry), and two "little people" (Hem & Haw).

They find cheese.

Cheese is removed/gone.

Simpleton mice, based upon their basic personalities (hence the names Sniff and Scurry), go to fund more cheese.
